Sultry, richly roasted Sri Lankan spices are balanced and tempered with heady flavours of coconut, fenugreek and curry leaves.

Cooking Guidelines

Serves 3 to 4. Kitchen to table in 15 minutes

1) Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and stir-fry 500g of prawns (try raw shelled tiger prawns) until just pink

2) Stir in the Sri Lankan Curry Sauce and bring to a simmer

3) Serve hot with rice

Good also with vegetables, fish, chicken, lamb or beef
